Our Villa Verde Project

We specialize in creating sustainable homes that are both affordable and eco-friendly. Our first featured project is a beautiful and modern home designed to be energy-efficient and environmentally conscious. From solar panels to water production, this home is the perfect example of sustainable living.

VILLA VERDE

Stand alone villa is an eco friendly house of 300 sqm with GF/L1/Roof located in Dubai with 450sqm plot.
The villa can be accommodated in a different location within Dubai and respect the privacy of the each people by minimizing the number of opening facing the neighbors.
Layouts specifically design for flexibility, as the office can become another bedroom and all the roof can be extended based on the future family requirement.
The ground floor bedroom is equipped with reduced mobility space and equipment for more flexibility; The Majilis that have an outside access for more privacy with an internal connection close to the stair case going to the first floor.
Majilis can become dining or dining Majilis and we can organize 2 dining room if required with a sliding door that can open to both space.

MATERIALS

The use of local materials (for all the floor and façade) as such as much as possible, avoiding the energy expenses and CO2 emissions that the import of materials entails. That Villa can also drastically reduce CO2 emissions avoiding the energy expenses through the natural lightning and ventilation, Nano fiber insulation, accurate millimetrical shape with no temperature dispersion dry way of building with no wastage during and after a building process. The main Pre-Engineering structure, locally based, is using materials which is recycled with 0 dispersion of energy (Heat and humidity). Her dry a light structure is another plus to build on a sandy terrain in UAE. This light structure will reduce the amount of concrete during the construction.

TECHNOLOGY

NANO FIBER is based on recycling materials that can be provided from the waste of the house (all type of plastics). The nano fiber is inflammable, and it is the same price as traditional material like Rockwool, and can be used for wall, A/C filter, garden soil, water treatment, water filter.

ECO HOME

Eco sustainable construction avoids using materials with toxic substances or plastic byproducts. Villa Verde helps to Preserve local ecosystems and prevent air, water, and soil pollution. It can also reduce long-term costs and limit the amount of necessary maintenance. In the long run, you will also enjoy better health and help protect the environment for the current and future generations.
